Service Description
Join Elsie Smith from NECCA as you learn the basics to navigate this fun and dynamic apparatus. What is up can be down, and turned inside out on this circle that spins and rotates. Prerequisite: Trapeze or aerial hoop experience, and must be comfortable working in the ropes, and have a solid one knee hang and front balance (with no hands).
