Service Description
Working on release moves and connecting static sequences. This workshop will also explore Russian rolls, hip circles, and a variety of back circles on the aerial hoop. Prerequisite: Advanced students with 2-3 years experience on the aerial hoop Lauren Stark is accomplished aerial hoop performer and dancer. She has worked with Cirque Mechanics and Troupe Vertigo. Currently she is performing in various Las Vegas shows.
