INTRO TO HAND TO HAND

Service Description

Introduction to Hand to Hand covers the basics of Foot to Hand & Hand to Hand. We will start on the floor and then stand up going through drills that you can apply in your everyday practice. You will understand your partnership and foundation technique. After evaluating your partnership we will increase skill difficulty. Prerequisites: Must have a partner. Top should be able to hold a handstand against the wall (face to wall) for 30 seconds. Jean-Luc Martin is the owner and founder of San Diego Circus Center (10TH YEAR ANNIVERSARY) where he oversees several programs such as Preparatory, ProTrack (students seeking higher education and professional opportunities) and Master Classes (handstands, hand to hand, Teeterboard, Russian Bar, Lyra, straps and other disciplines). Jean-Luc had the privilege to perform several shows with Cirque du Soleil, Circus Knie and Pickle Family Circus and began his training at Ecole Nationale de Cirque. www.SanDiegoCircusCenter.org
