Spectator passes can be purchased ahead of time at a discounted price.  If you purchase in person, it will be an additional $5 fee per item purchased.   Click here for a link to the pre-sale tickets.

 

Show ticket link for the World Circus Arts Championships (WCAC) professional show can be purchased here. The shows are Friday & Saturday at 8:00pm and will be a GREAT SHOW you won’t want to miss.

 

Workshop schedule is here, you must create an account on Gymcats iclass site before registering.  If you have an account from last year, you can use that and click forgot password if you don’t remember the password you set up previously. Some workshops are filling up (go on the waitlist in case we can add an additional workshop of that type)

Important

Arrive at least 1 hour early (20-30 min for first performers of the day) for your scheduled rehearsals or performance time.  WE MAY RUN EARLY, so please arrive early and come prepared.

CHECK IN: All performers must check in & get their equipment checked at GYMCATS first.  Even if you’re performing/rehearsing at the tent, you must do your first check in at Gymcats.

 

Coaches Registration: is now closed, if you need someone to call cues or act as your coach, they will need to buy an all access credential for $75.

Video purchase If you'd like to get a professionally filmed video of your act, click here to purchase.  $140/act and if purchased in advance, we will process on site and give you a thumb drive of the video.  

 

A pro photographer will be on site and taking photos throughout the event, info about purchasing photos will be on site. 

 

You must create an iclass pro account (if you have registered for a workshop or bought a video previously, you already have an account).  You can click "forgot password" and get into your account.
